Barb has done an awesome job with "Deuce." 2009 was Barb's first futurity year. She only went to two futurities and placed in both. Barb and Deuce placed 3rd in the average at the Cornhusker Breeders' Futurity against a great field of horses and 6th in the average at the Hawki Breeders' Futurity. Her futurity earnings topped over $2,850 from those two futurities alone. Barb is also doing well back home in Louisiana; consistently placing and winning in the 1D. Congratulations Barb!!!

Fame N Firewater suffered a injury part way through the year and never had a chance to run to her full potential. We ended up putting her away for the year; but she will be back strong next year! She was 4th in the Average at the LD Ranch Futurity, 3rd in the 2nd go of the Verndale Barrel Futurity, a money earner at the Northern Lights and MBRA futurities, and 13th in the average at the Cornhusker Futurity.
